ORDERING

Due to the preloved-factor each product is unique in size, color and shape. For the optimal fit, you can always have the necessary retouches and/or adjustments carried out.

If we already dropped off your parcel at the shipping service, it is not possible to cancel the order. Although you can ask for a refund after delivery.
If your purchase is still in process, please contact us via e-mail.

DELIVERY & SHIPMENT

We strive for a delivery time of max. 5 working days after ordering.
3 Working days for processing and 2 working days for delivery. Although delivery time is the responsibility of our partner Bpost.

In the provided shipping confirmation of Bpost you will find your Track and Trace code aswell as an expected delivery date. If any problems may occur please contact us.

Yes! While ordering, you choose the delivery method; a collection point, private adress or a Bpost locker.

If you choose for a collection point, you have 14 days from moment of delivery to pick up your order. In the case of a parcel locker, this is 5 days. If the package has not been collected, it will automatically be returned.

 

For now, we only ship in Belgium. Please let us know if you want to receive your parcel elsewhere.

Hopefully you received the item(s) intact and complete, if the courier only harmed the box, please use another safe box for a possible return.
Unfortunately we are not responsible if your item is damaged due to transport, but we are always happy to listen. Please contact us ASAP (max 2 days after receiving) with the according pictures and original invoice.

It is not possible to pay after receiving your parcel since we are a small business and need reassurance of your interest in the item.

RETURNS

This service is not provided, although you are free to order the wanted item. Your first purchase, can be returned and will be processed as normal. 

If your returnform is validated and the return meets the terms and conditions, your refund can take up to 14 days.

  • If paid by bank transfer, you will receive the refund within 5 working days.
  • Payments with Maestro, PayPal and credit card, this can take up to 14 days.

Please note we need your return notification within the legal return period of 14 days.
